Hahahahaha. Thoughts re: being sick for Bradmas? Should I do it? Would you?
Here is the plan, friends. Friday, JP will leave work now even before 5 o’clock! We will travel together toward the island of victoria city, and catch whichever ferry we can.
Perhaps some drinking.
If all goes well, Shaun will pick us up at the Schwartz Bay terminal. We will travel passed Sidney, on our way to the heart of Victoria. I hope Shaun knows where the city keeps Coast Victoria Harbourside Hotel & Marina.
From there, once I check in.. we will walk to Brandon’s house.
Tomorrow: “Brunch” with Shaun and RobsV?
When will we see other people like HP, Katie, Jeff, and Medwards? I don’t even know. I am so bad at arranging things :S
Suggestions?

I think I want to get my hair cut. Also to go to the bank. That one’s maybe more something I feel I should do. You know how it is, responsibilities and all that.
Speaking of responsibilities, I think it’s one of ours to look our very best for Bradmas. And as it stands, our hair strains as best it can beneath a combination of length and weight. Inspiring in success, at a rate which can only decrease with time.
I think recursive classes are cool, especially when they talk to each other using events dispatched and caught and occasionally discarded.
Lately, I’ve been working on Chicken stuff. Mostly that, but also Left 4 Dead and sleep. When it was warmer, I wandered through the forests and along the busy streets of Abbo.
That is where my mind has been – locked in their coop.

Bradmas
With Bradmas approaching, I realized the family wishlist might once more become useful to me. The last time I really used it was Christmas. There have been a few times since to check wishlists for birthdays, but on no occasion was I hoping to receive anything.
Up until now it has been a little confusing. Once a gift is received, at best you could remove it from your list.
But throwing away useless data offends me. What if one day, through some variation of computational alchemy, that data becomes useful – even necessary? On that day we will be so screwed.
Aware of this, I’d always intended to add a received state to gifts. I finally got around to doing so tonight.
Now you can mark a gift as received and it will disappear just like it was deleted.
Want to see a list of all your received lists? Good news! You can’t.
At least not yet. I’ll probably get around to adding that eventually. We’ll see.
I would also like to implement a given state allowing givers to remove a gift from their reservation list and prompt the recipient (on their next visit) to mark it as received or not, as appropriate.
The problem is I’m so lazy. Wait, actually the other one sounds better. I’m “busy”. Busy with “real life”.
Our best bet is if enough people request those features, or if they one day become useful to me.

Abbo. It’s where I am, but is it any place to spend Bradmas? Maybe. I hope not.
The City of Victoria Island? I have heard, or stated, that if you don’t celebrate your birthday it doesn’t count as aging. Is Victoria worth another year?
I guess it is. A room is booked in Victoria, at the Coast Victoria Harbourside Hotel & Marine for the 17th and 18th. JB got me some type of deal, like a true friend – not the kind I would shoot in the leg to occupy the zombie horde while I escaped.
I think JP, MV, AR and I will all head there together. They plan to stay and BW‘s house. That place is going to be crowded. BW‘s birthday falls on the day after mine. Boxing day. This is convenient and we will all share locations and experiences. I hope they are both pleasant, but if pressed I would prioritize the latter.
We’ll set out after JP gets off work, to catch the ferry that departs at 9pm (or 7pm, if he gets out early). Shaun agreed to pick us up on the other side. On the different side. All four of us. This is also convenient. Thanks Shaun Kiernan, and hopefully it doesn’t keep you up too late?
It’s going to be hard to organize seeing various people, but that is always the case.
Zombie update: JT and I played left 4 dead for ~9 hours tonight. I keep hearing the tank music in my mind. I wish I had a Molotov, just in case.
